These Terms and Conditions constitute the agreement between you and Bracknell Airport Specialist Link. Booking a taxi and utilizing our service implies your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In this agreement, "Bracknell Airport Specialist Link," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" pertain to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 It is imperative to allocate sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where adherence to check-in times is crucial. Bracknell Airport Specialist Link will not assume responsibility for delays caused by your failure to allocate ample time or if you are not prepared for collection at the designated time.
2.2 Ordering a vehicle of suitable size for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. We do not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage, and each child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.
2.3 Those requiring wheelchair access should specify this at the time of booking.
3.1 Our quotation, based on information provided by you, excludes VAT unless otherwise stated. Any applicable VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.
3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting period beyond this will incur charges at the standard Bracknell Airport Specialist Link waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Bracknell Airport Specialist Link of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.
3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Your responsibility extends to the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Charges may be applied for any soiling, damage, or negative impact on the vehicle by a passenger.
4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We adhere to passenger limits specified by licensing or insurance.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Timely notification of cancellation is crucial. Charges will apply for cancellations made after dispatch, based on the distance covered by the driver.
5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may incur charges.
6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to delays beyond our control. Bracknell Airport Specialist Link is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.
6.3 In case of vehicle breakdown, we will strive to provide an alternative promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Bracknell Airport Specialist Link responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of anyone in your party.
6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is endangered by abuse, violence, or damage from you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Bracknell Airport Specialist Link may subcontract obligations outlined in this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any obligations or rights under this agreement.
8.2 We reserve the right to modify terms and conditions by updating this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.
8.3 Information processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement represents the complete understanding between Bracknell Airport Specialist Link and yourself.
8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions intends to confer benefits to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement without written agreement.
Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Bracknell Airport Specialist Link is not obligated to entertain claims or disputes made after this period.
